Andrei P. Ativo is a licensed paralegal at The Law Office of Kyle A. Patrick, P.C. and has assisted multiple attorney’s at the paralegal level over the last year with a variety of matters, including filing for expungements, serving documents such as subpoenas, and even attending criminal trial.

Andrei earned his Professional Certificate in Paralegal Studies in December of 2024 from an ABA-approved program at the University of California, Riverside Extension. While studying, Andrei spent time both working a full-time job in management and interning for a criminal defense law firm several months before earning that certificate. Andrei is currently finishing his last year at University of California, Riverside to receive his Bachelor’s in Political Science: Law and Society and is motivated to attend law school directly after.
